so i was at my gig last week and this is the first time that i was going to use my mic through my controller using virtual dj. when i went to crack my mic there was nothing. i have a ddj-s1 and i use the mapping that virtual dj provides. is there something that i need to turn on to make the mic work? i have been using seratodj up until this past week and the mic worked fine with it, but i can't use serato anymore because of the video playback issues. any suggestions?

I dont see how the software could affect the Microphone, since it appears to be a Hardware one (at least thats what i can tell from the mapping files).
Just in case we are wrong, if you add a Microphone line in VirtualDJ Audio Setup, do you get an option of Pioneer Mic Input there ?
