If you want to change the browser view settings quickly to show just karaoke files, or just simple music files then assign the below code to your keyboard letters K & M, or whatever.
K on keyboard | view_options "showkaraoke" on & view_options "showmusic" off & view_options "showvideo" off
M on keyboard | view_options "showmusic" on & view_options "showkaraoke" off & view_options "showvideo" off
Sorry I don't do video.. but you can easily adapt the above.

That code can be made to go on one button, and toggle around karaoke, music, and video.
I just like using the K, and M keys on the keyboard.
