hello everyone. this will be my first post in the forums, so I would first like to just say hello. my name is Eric. I have a question about virtual dj 7.
I just recently purchased my virtual dj full pro with the unlimited content subscription after starting my own dj services company after 10 years of serving as a dj for another company. I have only used vdj 7, so I decided to stick with what I'm familiar with. I plan to start learning 8 soon, but my question applies to 7. since i am allowed to install my purchased license on two laptops, i have installed it on my main laptop and my backup laptop. my question is - if i go through the time consuming task (on my main laptop) of finding a big long list of the correct songs, downloading them to cache, creating playlists to place them in, etc., is it possible to use my paid license / paid subscription of unlimited content to upload everything i download to cache from my main laptop on my backup laptop instead of having to manually find, download, and create playlists to each laptop individually ? an example: let's say that i was going to create a playlist of 75 songs to use at a school dance. if i was wanting to just use my vdj unlimited content to find each of these songs in the edited / radio version that would be appropriate for school kids to have played for them, is it possible for me to create this playlist on one laptop and then somehow upload the exact same songs / playlists to my other laptop since they both have my purchased license and unlimited content subscription on them (my allowed two laptops) ? obviously this is a smart way of having the exact same playlist on a backup laptop just in case my main laptop was to unexpectedly have a issue during the dance, but it would be double the work if i have to do all of this on each laptop. it would be MUCH quicker and easier to do it once and then be able to use your account to upload the same thing to your backup laptop. hopefully this all makes sense ? i have searched around here and could not find this info anywhere, so i figured i would just ask here. thanks a lot !

A Man and His Music
You can copy the cached files from one machine to another. You can also copy playlist from one machine to another. So, copy cached files to a thumb drive, paste into the cached folder on second computer.
