VDJ developers Can someone develop a plugin that will allow you to Stream the Video window to a Chromecast. I'd like to wirelessly stream to local Video displays! I think this should be possible with a little coding and encoding of video feed.

If we look at the broadcast tab we can record video and audio and create a file on our computer that can be opened in Chrome after the recording is ended. This file can then be sent to Chromecast. I'd like to be able to stream this file to chromecast directly while recording LIVE! I'm not sure how to do this because I am not familiar with chromecast or programming. But you guys might have insight to make this work. Thanks Guys! Cant wait to see this working!

There are no plans for any official Chromecast support at this time.

For the record, chromecasting virtualdj now works. Just open up chrome, and click cast desktop. You can specify which video screen you want to cast if you are using extended desktop. There is an obvious delay, but still possible.
