Is there a way to colorize the rhythm waveform like the scratch wave? Or rotate the scratch waveform 90 degrees ?

Yes the scratch wave can be horizontal.
In VDJ 8 that seems to be the only way to enable cueing by grabbing the wave. Remember in 7 you could move the rhythmwave and hear audio. In 8 there's no audio.
