Topic: What is the longest gig you have done?

I've done many 6 hour beat mixed house music gigs in Ibiza over the years. But tonight I did a 10 1/2 hour gig which was predominately R'nB and chart type dance music with a few oldies & Motown thrown in. I was swamped with requests, especially R'nB, and that was from kids from 5 to 15! Kids these days seem to grow up far too quickly.

Let's see... 9:00PM until I believe 11:30AM... = 14.5 hours!
And BTW I was using VirtualDj 7.something :) It was a couple of years ago... ;)
 
20 hours, but did 17 and 18 hour nights on a regular basis. This was back in the 70's and early 80's. In the early 90's did from noon til 7 in NJ, and 9 til 4 am in Brooklyn.
 
Ooh, forgot to mention this was with VDJ8 build 2139 (and Controller by DennYo skin) on a boot camped mid 2010 MBP running Windows 7 with my Denon MC6000. All worked flawlessly, no video, although I was playing the sound from my videos. All my music for the last 7/8 years has been on video, mainly Promo Only.

It was a long day, a double Christening with about 250 people in attendance (about 50/60 were kids from 2 -15). Started at 1pm and finished at 11.30pm. Never left the stage and only sip water when gigging, had nothing to eat either. As I stand DJing (don't like sitting while DJing) my legs were starting to seize up by the end of the night. My mate that I was working for thought they would have left by 8pm, but, still had about half of the people left at the end, just those with young kids left early.

Thank goodness it was only a 'one off'.
 
8 hours and it felt like forever! Shirt some of u guys said 14 hours and more...... damn. Im use to doing 6 hours.
 
12 noon until 3am, was only supposed to be until 10pm but the next dj into the club turned in sick, hey ho, knackered in the end, but had fun all the way through... wouldn't do it again though, way to good looking now for that to happen, cosmetic surgery is mint! 25 quid and you can look like who ever you want.
 
I told my plastic surgeon I wanted to look like you, Paul. This is what I ended up with. I want my money back....
