I have found myself using the audio subscription a lot but there is a problem that has been bothering me. The audio content unlimited subscription is not always available for streaming. There are times when I have tried looking up a song and I can't stream audio for about 10 minutes. Is this normal? I find it very annoying. It's like it comes and goes. Like it looses signal or I don't know. lol. Anyone encounter the same problem? Thank you in advance.

Not sure I understand you. Do you get results and get an error when trying to load, or you don't get results? If you get results, and it takes 10 minutes to load or download, then I would think it is a service issue. There are a lot of factors that can affect your service. If I get an error, I try it again, and sometimes it works. Otherwise, that track is not available at that time. If you are not getting results, , again it could be your service. Check to see if you can open a browser. If you can open a browser, then maybe that track is not available or the service is down. If you are having this issue on a regular basis, contact support. This service works for me whenever I need it, so I have not had these issues. Three nights a week in a club, wired. Mobile gigs I use my phone as a hot spot.
