*wee bump*, none of the shazam type programs could id it as it's faster and a loop. A bit of help please as this is driving me nuts.
I thought it was Roots Manuva but now I don't think it is.
 
Final attempt at a bump, this is still annoying me, I can hear an english emcee spitting on the track from memory but can't remember any lyrics.
