Topic: Virtual DJ Pro 7 and Sonos

Can someone please tell me how I can use Virtual Dj pro 7 and play it though my Sonos speaker? Do i need any extra equipment? I'm throwing a small house party.

i usually plug my computer or mixing board directly into the back of the sonos 5 player line in port and then choose "line in" on the sonos controller.
i have yet to find a wireless way to connect that i would trust during a party.
 
Sounds a little like a leapfrog game but I have wirelessly streamed my audio to an apple airplay or airport?? (not an apple guy but I've had it for years and their really cheap these days)... the analog out on the apple device feeds the analog input on the Sonos Connect. A little latency but depending on what you're trying to accomplish it's effective and reliable.
 
Remember that if you want to connevt to one sonos and then have other sonos playes play around the house, there is about 500ms delay on the sound (because sonos guarantee no drift between speakers, the delay has to be there).

So you can't listen to a sonos speaker as you main output. You have to have some kind of master output speaker close to you (apart from the headphones), that only you can hear (like in a separate room) to be able to mix.

If you have that, it's ok that your house guests have to wait half a second to hear everything :)
