ok guys as previously stated I only use my laptops for vdj use.
just wondering without the pc optimizers ect how do I let vdj use all my memory/NVidia cards ect.just want vdj to be all power even though machines are enough.
one custom build w7 laptop one alienware top spec laptop both NVidia and loats of ram ect

If I recall, VDJ on the PC is only a 32-bit app. so that poses restrictions on what resources that app can use. (ie. A 32-bit app can only address a total of 2GB of RAM to itself.)

2g of ram are MOOOORE than enought for virtual dj!
If you want to have virtual dj at full power, the trick is th eother way around.
Unload from startup all the other software you don't use or that vdj dosen't use. Like acrobate reader update, flash player update, and a lot of small services that are starte up with your windows machine.
You can even disable some services that are not needed for windows to run with virtual dj - like windows update checking, printer modules, etc...
That will be more than enought for vdj run with all it's needs.
