hello I am now able to after some upgrades to my pc run vdj 8 with my mixtrack pro and it sounds good. I have a question when im listening in my headphones and I ajust the eq I can't hear the change only on the master will the change also with all eq knobs all the way off i can still faintly hear the song untill i bring the chanle fadder down i liked it in 7 when it would kill all the sound.

There are 2 options for that:
-equalizerInHeadphones
-equalizerMode
-equalizerInHeadphones
-equalizerMode

and channel 1 in mono for master sounds way wrong...

cool ill have to check for eqlizer in headphones opttion when i get home. tracker do u use a mixtrack pro what are your settings?

not yet.but I use a Hercules Rmx and mAudio xponent.on the Hercules its the "Hercules Asio" for channels 1&2 for the master,then "Hercules Asio" again for channels 3&4 which is for headphones and selecting Equalizer for the headphones which is standard for using its Asio drivers.on the xponent what shows up are the "wasapi" drivers for both ch 1&2 (master) and 3&4 (headphones) or headphone "amp' as it should be referred as.if you think about it.this is pretty much standard as your mixer should have the same,a master "amp" & a headphones "amp" built-in in the form of IC chips...sorry for getting elaborate.this are fundamentals they dont explain but should...
