I can't download mapping for DDJ-SZ. It says u need license. License for what?

You need a license for the software in order to access mapping, skin and plugin downloads. In other words you need to buy it.
Even if somebody did share the mapping with you (which won't happen) you couldn't use it in the free version anyway.
If you've bought a DDJ-SZ then you could either purchase a "controller specific" licence that will permit you to use the SZ with VDJ, or a "subscriber license" which will enable the full version of VDJ on a month by month basis.
Purchased versions of VDJ have native support for the SZ. The mapping is built in.

The controller cost 1600 Euro. And ******** Pioneer could include Virtual DJ into it. So I don't blame Virtual DJ.
The sync button in Serato sucks btw.

I think it to buy the license but I tested the demo version and not all button seems to work. the sound color fx donsent work with virtual dj.

This can either be a controller license which will work exclusively with your DDJ SZ. Or you can purchase a Pro Infinity license that will allow for use for any controller now or in the future and also provides updates to software. The latter option is also available by subscription.
As you rightly point out it is up to Pioneer which software they bundle with their controllers. But up until recently your only option would have been to purchase a Pro license. Now you have the option of a controller license at a lower price, so here at Virtual DJ we are trying to make things better for all.
If there are technical issues with the controller then our hardware team would be happy to look at that prior to a purchase with you. However it is important to remember that Serato and Virtual DJ may not behave in exactly the same way. There may be minor differences, VDJ may do something better than SDJ or vice versa.
If you have a genuine technical concern about the controller and VDJ 8 then please post this (politely) in the Hardware forum and a member of the team will look at this for you.
If you have any other question then please feel free to ask here and a member of the support team or a member of the community will be happy to help.

I am not one of the Hardware experts but from what i have heard the controller works very well with Virtual DJ 8.
As i said some of the buttons may work differently to SDJ, but they should all work.
The subscription is a month by month thing at $19 a month. So you can subscribe for one month and then cancel before your next payment is taken. The same for 3.
Even once cancelled your subscription will remain active for the period of time you have paid for.
