just noticed after VDJ 8's update # 1785,my system is flying! 4 decks loaded,both video & mp3's...milkdrops running on both output (Viz) and in effects,I scaned a folder with videos in seconds,and browsing with 20 tabs on firefox!!! Amazing! and yes all with a xponent controller.no crashes tonight.....anyone else noticing a boost?

one thing slowing the Xponent (this could happen with any controller,right?) was the mapping.thanks to PhantomDeejay (thanks George!) who told me to make backup subfolders in the mapper folder and in the device folder.then reboot vdj so to start fresh.then all I had to do was remap the hotcues,effect buttons to my liking,and the adding of swap buttons (DjDad) and Im connected again.but wait...all buttons trigger instantly fast!.there used to be a lag on the hot cues that made it hard to cue on beat.now fixed.then I see a popup for another update which the system would not take until I rebooted the system...update installed,system flying!...haha yeah...now I have some requests about the configuration widow (can they add a minimize button? ) and for the editors,but that's another thread lol..
