Hello All, I can record Karaoke with VDJ but it doesn't save the files unless you name every time ? I think. Is there a programme that will run alongside VDJ and record and save automatically ?

everytime you create a new file ( no matter which sw you use) it is necessary to name the new files. Recording function of vdj is a internal process and i doubt that there is an external software who can handle this...

I have the mics hooked up to my Numark N4 mic inputs and although you can hear the singer while recording the karaoke song it does not record the singer?

If you're recording in VDJ this is because the mics are plugged into the N4 (i.e. after the backing track audio has left VDJ).
To record the output of the N4, you need to record from the N4 itself. Assuming you use the XLRs to feed your PA, you could record from the master RCA outs.
