I just purchased the Pioneer DDJ Ergo-k and am unable to get any response from the controller in VDJ pro full, I just purchased the full version, registered, etc. and still nothing. I am able to select it in the sound settings, and can hear through my headphones connected to the controller. I have checked all the settings (possibly a thousand times), downloaded new firmware, read every topic on the forums I can possibly find, tried downloading a mapper, and still nothing. I am using mac osX and have no problems with the controller in either serato or traktor. Anyone have any ideas that may help?

When you can hear through the headphones can you movement on the vu lights (assuming it has them).
When you set up the sound settings in VDJ what settings did you apply?
Try choosing 'Advanced' setup and making outputs 1&2 Master and 3&4 Headphones.
