This might be on my end but on the first sound of a track if i scratch it it has a jittery glitchy digital like sound, only on the first sound. doesnt matter what the sound is or what track. it sounds like im crabbing but im not. how can i stop that.

Well for a realistic scratch sound, there is a few things you have to do...
1) Run asio drivers
2) Set latency low
3) In VDJ peformance tab, set "optimized for scratch quality".
And - additionally at same tab, turn off master tempo ("Pure Scratch" on..)

ive tried all of that...an the scratch sounds great except for that first sound

very strange.
What buffer are you using ?
Try increase the audio buffer (latency) so you have enough data to work on
