Am I able dj karaoke events legally at bars with a subscription to the karaoke plan. How does it compare to karaoke cloud pro? If I dj at a club that isn't a member of ascap am I liable? Or Is the bar. I'm in the us. Thanks

as far as im aware the subscriptions "do not" come with a license to air the content, a separate license is required. my understanding is, if the club has a license, then your covered "on their premises only" to play your content. once you leave, any public performance leaves you liable. if you have your own license, then you can play and air anywhere at anytime.
i dont know the fine print, but i do know the content unlimited does not come with a free license to air, only access to the service.
