Hi there
Now, I'm looking for a Flanger effect.
Flanger standard, but has been automatically up-down,
What I'm asking is, is a plug-in that can be up and down manually using the knob.
Like KaossPad, one that can be operated intuitively to fit the groove is want.
Please let me know if there is any information.

Try Flanjet or HQ Flanger on of them has it

However, it was not the way of the effect I'm looking for.
From 58 seconds of this video, the effect of the Flanger have come to the movement of the finger.

I want to achieve by using a knob, the same thing.
Example…Sound is lowered by turning the knob to the left, sound becomes higher if I turn to the right.
 
A manual flanger is called a 'phaser'. Not sure if there is a plugin for it, but that's the right name at least. Hope that helps a little bit. :-)
