Hi, I was using ddj wego on my virtual dj but now my computer can not detect my wego. The light is working but it is not moving . Can you reset wego? thank you.

Did you change mapper?
Try go to VDJ mapper section in config/options, locate the reset to factory setting button at bottom, and click.
It might be drivers too, can be worth reinstalling.
If all fails - contact support - we can take a remote look at your PC
