So I built multiple play lists, all appear as subfolders to the Playlists main folder. I right click on a play list under the main folder and select load into play list so I can automix the list. The play list goes to the play list section, but also appears in the browser section.?? Then when I choose to open the entire library in the browser section, the play list in the play list section disappears. What's going on? I would think if I send a play list to the play list section, it should stay there oblivious to the rest of the world.??

The middle section of the browser always shows you the contents of the folder, playlist, etc. that you have selected on the left-hand folder list.
The right-hand playlist section holds the playlist that you currently have loaded. By default, if you click on a playlist in the folders list, it will be loaded automatically (This can be disabled in CONFIG -> Options if you wish.)

Disabled autoload playlists and now it works to my preference, Thanks!!
