1st one

I would go with the second one.

I believe the cdj-350 plays a wider variety of formats if you're interested in that. You're also getting an SL-1 Serato sound card which will give you options for software. Just my opinion

If I was going to buy a pack like you I would go with number two. It might just be the OCD in me but I would want it all pioneer because I like keeping one brand for everything. Plus if you upgrade to 900's lets say then you have a mixer that is still pioneer.

the Behringer DJX-900 is the worst consumer mixer ever made. You need to weigh up if you value recordbox available on the 350, or effect's on the 400. I personally like the 400 more, but if you are playing in clubs in the future recordbox can really help you setting your cues and having everything transfer over to 900's or 2000's. They both support midi/HID and have a soundcard on board so will work with VDJ with a simple usb connection, but, I think the cdj-400 is a higher quality construction and feels better to use.

I don't like either of them, because of the mixers. Don't like Behringer products, and the second one only has two channels. So, I would get the one you like the best.

Behringer's DJ stuff, in my experience, sucks. Their speakers, once again personal experience, while not terrible, aren't up to my standards. Their EQs and mixing boards, I have used without fail for several years.
