I just upgraded to VDJ 7 PRO, I'm using a NUMARK N4 and don't have the mapper pack to get my controls working. Can anyone here help me please?!
And another thing, I need to register my controller but the serial number thats provided keeps coming up as not " Valid " whenever i try to register it threw this site.. Any help i can on this as well ?

If you have upgraded to VirtualDJ Pro then you will have been provided with a serial number for it at the time of completing your purchase. You will need to register this to your account to gain access to download the full Pro software as well as benefits such as add-on/custom mappers.

Otherwise, please register your Pro serial number to your account: http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html
If the controller came with VirtualDJ LE, then this can also be optionally registered (The serial number is usually on the sleeve of the installation CD), but it's limited software and doesn't entitle you to mapper downloads.
