Hi,
is there a way i can set virtual dj to automatic shuffling. as in when i am not around if it can play songs in a random order and not according to the order in the palylist.

At present time, no.
You must manually tell the software to shuffle the contents of the playlist.
 
You need a jukebox, checkout the skins section, one of the guys has been doing something along those lines.
