Say I wanted to sell my DDJ-Wego, bundled with VDJLE. I would trade these in to Guitar Center. Would it be legal if I were to sell VDJLE and I go home happy? Thanks.

No, it's not. VirtualDJ licenses are not transferable once registered. Please see: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Serial%20Transfer.html
You can sell the WeGo hardware itself and include the original LE CD with it, but you must make it clear to any potential purchasers that the software has already been used and registered (This means the purchaser won't be able to register it themselves to get any updates, download add-ons (Not usable in LE anyway outside of the 20 day trial), etc.) If the purchaser wishes to use it with VirtualDJ, they will need to purchsae the full VirtualDJ Pro if they don't already own it.
