SC2900 & SC3900 Media Player Firmware Updates now available! (v1100)

You can now use VDJ 7.4 with native spinning support, however...

SC3900:
VDJ 7.4 (Win) + SC3900 v1100 = No problem
VDJ 7.4 (Mac) + SC3900 v1100 = There is a known USB Audio problem, VDJ & Denon DJ teams are working on it.


SC2900:
VDJ 7.4 (Win) + SC2900 v1100 = No problem
VDJ 7.4 (Mac) + SC2900 v1100 = There is a known USB Audio problem, VDJ & Denon DJ teams are working on it.

Need some assistance and my apologies for putting this in this thread, if I need to create a new discussion I will.

Here's my issue, I have 2 3900s and I want to use them in MIDI mode like I did when I had the 3700's. I thought I hooked everything up like I did with my 3700's but I can't seem to get a response.

Both channels are on MIDI 1, everything is hooked up to the Numark OS and into my mixer, mixer on CD's, OS and decks hooked into the PC's USB ports, no sound, vinyl on the screen moves but the decks doesn't
 
 
 
 
Ok... I'm stoked. I think I'm gonna buy me some of those now. I was waiting for the native support. Does anyone out there have the 2900s by any chance... They look sexy. I would also love to see someone post some video on youtube of the 3900 being used with triggering effects etc. It would nice to see before I run out and purchase them. Sorry if I hijacked the thread a bit.

Did that, still not working correctly.

Current setup:
2 x 3900's
Mixer - X600

Using the X600 sound card, have the decks on DVS
Both decks hooked up to my laptop via USB, RCA from my decks directly into the mixer.

had the same problem i think and for me solved it.

make shure you delete the hybrid file from documents\virtualdj\mappers and from documents\virtualdj\devices.

that did work for me (win).


the only problem i experience is when starting a song it wil slow start and not instand (because of the platter starting up).
is there any way to solve this. didn`t have that problem in hybrid.

my sc2900 doesnt work since update to v1100 (win) ... has anyone the last firmware on hdd and could send it to me? or is it an vdj 7.4 problem?

the led ring doesnt glow, the sc freezt in his function and stopped the decks automaticli

sorry for my poor english


ist there a way to get the factory firmware and then flashes to the version before the v1100 comes out?
 
Hi, plz how to do the sound setup (pc) with new firmware 1100 and vdj 7.4, I have 2 sc3900 and dn-x600. Thx.

Some news about this problem for us? Also the jog-led don't work?

So I'm needing how to setup my system. I have 2 SC3900s and a DN-X1700, using a Mac to run VDJ. I use VDJ for mainly videos.

HELLO I HAVE A MACHINE ALIENWARE ATI PLATE OF MORE MEMORY 1G RAM 8TH WITH WINDOWS 7 OF 64 BEATS. TWO DENON SC 2900. BUY THE ORIGINAL VIRTUAL. THE ASIO FIRMWARE IS 2.22 AND THE DENON 1110. NOW THAT I HAVE A PROBLEM BEFORE WAS NOT WITH DENON 3700. AND YOU WANT TO HANG THAT NOW IS MUSIC AND ME DA ROBOTISA MEMORY ERRORS WHEN LOADING VIDEOS .. I fix?
 
Hi, I have just purchased a pair of denon sc2900's and a behringer djx750 mixer. I have the free version of vdj installed on my pc (windows7) and my laptop(windows vista) and just wondering if my new gear will still work? have tried to install the tractor software that came in the box but cannot seem to get it working, any help would be much appreciated
