hi guys got a vci 380 all workd fine bar the cue for the head phones just wont seem to work properly at all , has any one else had theis problem and dose any one know how to fix it
basically it wont cue till the fader is up and song is playing throught the susyem ???? help

This may be because the sound settings are incorrect.
The sound setup should be similar to the VCI-400: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VCI-400.html
