Topic: Poor Order system

I've again tried to order a copy of VirtualDJ and I still get "this order will be processed manually".

It would be nice if someone processed my order and even nicer if they replied to my e-mails!

The orders are processed by swreg.
All our apologizes but some cards have to be manually processed. For further informations please contact swreg.

Tried to check my order from last week: doesn't even exist! I've posted a message with them anyway. We shall see what happens.

Bleedin' 'eck! Got a reply in less than 5 mins :D Got the final receipt through now!

Okay, so they lost the order first time but posting a message through that link sorted it all out.
