Topic: NS6 not connecting in windows 8

I just purchased a acer aspire v5 with windows 8. And it's not recognizing my NS6. Can someone help me? Now it recognizes my Mixtrack pro just fine.

Did you install the drivers?

Is the CPU an AMD chip?

Are you using USB 3 sockets?
 
Yes I installed the drivers,and I have a core I5, and I tried all the usbs. It still isn't recognizing the soundcard
 
Is the computer (without any DJ software running) reacting in any way when you plug the USB cable from the NS6 (which is powered and turned on) into a USB socket on the computer?

It should at least recognise that something has been plugged in.
 
I took care of it, I went to Numark and got the driver, I had the mapper and the driver all mixed up. Thanks
 
How did you get the drivers? Everyone at Numark told me that they didn't support windows 8 yet. Can you post a link, or help me out in any way?
