i bought a Asus laptop i7 chip 8gig ram trying to run video on it but its choppy can someone tell me why if i uncheck use hardware acceleration the effects don't work. video card inside is intel hd graphics 3000

hey can you tell me where to download that tool cuz the link was bad i downloaded it but it did not install thanks though
 
Nothing installs when you run that exacutable, it automatically does all the tweaks needed for mixing video with an on-board video card.

Failing that, get some of THIS on your computer, and switch off ALL the unnecessary processes it suggest, including explorer.

While I don't mix video, its done amazing things for my performance - CPU meter barely ticks over now.
