With the new content unlimited service... i've been using the premium member service for quite some time, but with the new setup, what if you already have a VJ-Pro subscription through them? I don't want to pay for it twice...

The ContentUnlimited Video Plan is separate to your existing VJ-Pro subscription so one will not work as the other and vice versa. If you would like to use both services, you will need to subscribe to ContentUnlimited Video also.

If you already have VJ Pro credits, that is your choice to make (not to pay "twice"). Thier point with this feature is to have the search and download process part of the VDJ browser, which is much faster during a show.
Then the next point is to be able to download videos and use them while your subscription is active with Content Unlimited, without using your VJ Pro credits on purchases that you don't need to keep in your catalog for the future. Then you can save your VJ Pro credits for purchasing more valuable assets (videos) that you can see yourself using more than once.
There is an advantage to the plan. I just don't play enough that I need a $50 a month plan to fill requests, so that I don't "waste" my VJ Pro credits on a request I may never see again. Which is at worst case is $2 a Video (depending on your plan with them).
If you have a Video only buisness model or bar with that guarenty, I feel that decision could be drastically different for me. You need to live upto your promises. Lately I have been pitching that I am now full video thanks to Essential media, video logo (for my company), etc. I do not display any still pictures anymore. I don't think anyone on here with any plan could really fill EVERY request with a video.
I think this plan is the first step in the right direction, moving toward that goal. VJ Pro as a whole is an incredible company, that I have a great history with now. I have a feeling this is just the beginnig in improving the supply chain for us DJs, allowing us to raise the game over what our compettitors (DJs or DJ software) can offer in our contracts. What you can Guarenty is what make a client spend money and gives them the confidence to choose you.
