Hey ive transfered to a mac as my windows laptop was slowing up.
audio plays fine but the video is not playing only mpg4 is. AVI and others are not.
Ive installed VLC player and Divx player also. the files will now play in quicktime but not in VDJ ive changed the codec options to Quicktime video codec in the VDJ option. still the same.
any ideas. i dont want to have to convert all the files though

You will need to convert the avi files to mp4 actually.

Maybe it takes much of times, at least this is a feasible method.
