Topic: just bought hp pavilion dv6

I got an HP dv6 laptop. The problem is when i play videos it tends to start stuttering and eventually locking up. Can someone please give me some advice. Sport bar that I play at are wanting me to start video djaying. Thank in advance.

Look at your CPU usage while video problem is happening. You might want to eliminate some of the un-necessary software that is running in the background, and stop unused services. Load a program called "Game Booster". It will temporally shut down unused services for you.

I downloaded gamebooster and that was enough. Thanks for the help!!
