Topic: sample volume

iv only just startied to use the sampler on vdj and was wondering why the max volume is only 30% of the volume of the track iv recordied the sample from???

would i be better makeing the samples in audacity? if so will it still keep the same bpm as a track playing on the deck?

Im not sure why the volume is lower but yeah that should work. As far as matching just play them on a deck first so VDJ can set the beat grid for them, if it off make sure you correct it.
