Plugins and skins are only available to registered licensed users who have purchased VirtualDJ: http://www.virtualdj.com/products/comparison.html
Do not ask users to send you add-ons to which you are not currently entitled or your account will be locked.
The WeGo is natively support in the latest VirtualDJ Pro and VirtualDJ LE that's included with it. LE skins are normally only available to users with VirtualDJ LE for the appropriate product, unless the manufacturer has given permission for them to be made available in our skins download section.
If your Numark Quad came with VirtualDJ LE, then simply register its serial number to your account and then download and install the latest VirtualDJ LE from your Download Center. If you have already purchased the full VirtualDJ Professional, then please register its serial number to your account also.
If you have not purchased VirtualDJ then please support the software and its future development by purchasing it: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html (Especially if you are working DJ and are making money as a result of using it at your gigs.)
If you have VirtualDJ LE, then this should entitle you to a discount off the cost of upgrading.
