I have a hum with I using/playing videos unhook the VGA cable from my Mac book pro( 13' ) and NO hum.I play video at two clubs Sat,sunday the hum is there when the music is low or on slow songs.
My sat night club has 4 Plasma which 2 are big (70+ ?) and the small ones are ( 60+ ) they all are hook up VGA in a VGA hub which goes to the DJ booth I set my Hz and the hum gets lower and higher with the Hz.
The 2nd club on sunday there is Just one 60+ Plasma and I got a VGA cable to it about 50 ft away.
I calibrated each club in the video setting with there there names also.

Most likely it is a ground loop issue or interference from the video signal.

Ok I got it I was using a Power ex-HD for my video( 500gb ) so I went and got a ex-HD with out power ( Tb ) and load it my video and more on it and NOW I Don't have a hum when I'm playing videos ( ground loop issue or interference from the video signal ).
