Can it be done? Is there a setting that allows me to go without the cord in between me and my midi DJ controller?

I've never done it myself but use the advanced config and just choose the Bluetooth under headphones and then choose whatever your soundcard is for your controller. Like I said I've never done it but I don't see Why it wouldn't work.

It may work but I wouldn't imagine it would be something you would want to do. There would be a bit of latency issues with them. Most Bluetooth headphones have a limited Kbps that they can stream to the headsets. There are some apt-X latency Bluetooth headphones available (Sennheiser for one) but they are over the $300.00 mark. The apt-X codec has around 320Kbps at approx 1.9ms latency.
