Topic: Smart play/ sync on beat problems

Hi I have been wanting to just hit play and have my songs beatmatch themselves. I tried smart play and even changed my mapping but still whenever I hit play it auto syncs I the correct best but is always slightly off. Just enough to make it sound poor. I have to hit sync again for it to synce 100%. How can I fix this so it syncs perfect the first time I press play with smart play on

Sync to the correct beat**
 
Some songs don't beat match on key regardless if using the sync button. You gotta have your tracks ready before mixing in public, so you know the tracks go together well. Another tip: is to find the correct beat to beatmatch in. This is why sometimes I just stick to manual beat matching. Syncing beat matches by two ways. Bars (Keys) vs Beats (Squares). Not all songs are perfectly aligned. It all depends on the song.
 
Try to assign the following command on your PLAY button:
play & sync & sync
 
also make sure vdj has finished scanning the track before you press sync as the grid changes when vdj has finished scanning the first time.
