Ok so i plugged in the NDXs and im loving them, specially the smooth platter feeling (never liked the grainy feel on the pioneers).
Anyways, im using my VMS2 as a controller/soundcard/mixer... but the VMS 2 is now inverted, meaning, when i press on the left side the right side reacts (so the left controls the right and the right controls the left) if i hit the eject button on the NDXs they swap, the VMS2 becomes normal but the NDXs acre crossed... anyone wanna take a stab at this?

Hit the eject button on one of the decks.

Ok.
1) Open Config
2) Go to the mappers tab
3) From the drop-down menu select keyboard
4) Hit the cross button on the bottom of the page
5) Press a button on your keyboard, or better yet a button combination like CTRL+ALT+I
6) On the action textbox enter the code I gave you: invert_controllers 'VMS2' & refresh_controller 'VMS2'
7) Close config
Now, hit the eject button on the NDX until NDX decks are working right. (LEFT deck controls left side).
If VMS is inverted then hit the keyboard button combination you created above.
PS: If you don't want to use a keyboard shortcut there are several other ways to achieve your goal. Just let me know!

DO NOT change the mappings ...
Just got select your NDX-800s to be on the correct decks from the Mappers tab.
Use the button to the right of the mapper selection drop-down and make sure your controllers are set correctly to the correct deck assignments.
For the NDX-800s the DECK assigned show up as a number in the display for the TRACK #

This is the sme problem that I had. Remember Huey that's why I ended up returning them for the ns6... I wish I could help ya but breatbreaker1 lost me when we started to map buttons so it would stop but your gonna get to the point where one NDX is going to control both decks at the same time. Atleast That's what was happening to me. I posted a short vid of the problem on YT. It's under steve702 where I had oppisted decks controlling both virtual decks at the same time.
