I'm thinking about making a band page on Facebook so I can upload my songs and remixes for free download. If I post a remix or mashup on FB will I get into copyright issues? I wouldn't be making any money but I can see the problem of posting a version of someones song for free download even if I've chopped it up. Anybody know about this? Thanks

If you upload your remixes, mashups etc to mixcloud.com, put in your tracklist than they will take care of the legal obligations for you. You can embed the mixcloud mix than in FB. Its not possible to download them, but at least listen online.
