I tried deleting the com. file. I tried reinstalling. I got the latest version from Newmark's site. I couldn't update on this site because it says my serial has already been registered even though I just got this brand new from the box. Yes I installed on the same user. No, I have not downloaded any skins.
How can I get this to work and why is m serial number already registered if I just bought this and have not shared it with anyone?
