Are you running the lastest ASIO driver from denon? the one you have to register for?
Did you do the firmware upgrade on the denon Mc-6000?

Check www.denondj.com for the firmware-update.
If you're not running the latest version of VDJ, it could be that your controller isn't yet supported by VDJ. (Don't rely on the version-number. If new controllers are added, Atomix doesn't change the version-number. So 7.05B does not mean you've got the latest version.)

First of all, please register your serial number (Either VIrtualDJ LE for MC6000 or the full Pro is required) on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest version from: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
And as above, download and install the latest drivers and firmware from http://www.denondj.com
Make sure that you haven't accidentally changed the MIDI channels that the MC6000 uses - Please see the troubleshooting section on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/DN-MC6000.html
NOTE: If you have VirtualDJ LE for MC6000, you can upgrade at a discount by going to http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html and entering your VirtualDJ LE serial number in the box provided.
