If it's an i5 2400 series with a touch screen, it likely has the NVIDIA GT520 as well as an Intel graphics card. Try assigning VirtualDJ to use the high performance card by doing the following:
1 - Click Start and then Control Panel. Select Classic View from the left side of the window.
2 - Double-click NVIDIA Control Panel.
3 - Click View and next Add "Run with graphics processor" Option to Context Menu. Close the NVIDIA Control Panel.
4 - Right-click the VirtualDJ icon on your desktop and select Run with graphics processor. Then, click High-performance NVIDIA processor.
This is the most common way to do this, but control panels do vary so you may need poke around in your performance graphics settings to assign it to the program.
