Hello everyone!
Its been a long time since I used my Hercules RMX, and I have finally decided to take the dust off and use it. Well, I was all hyped up and plugged the usb cable into my laptop. (BTW i am using a new laptop, i had re-installed Virtual DJ into this laptop a while back before I stopped using the Hercules, but i never tried it on here.) Once I plugge the hercules in, I opened Virtual DJ and a message popped up saying that the controller wasnt detected by the laptop, even though the blue lights flashed on the Hercules (Yes, it is correctly plugged in and have tried many times). I didn't know what to do and started searching throught the Internet if anyone had a similar problem apparently not. I looked through my house for the old CD, but never found it so I cant reinstall the program on my laptop to see if that fixes the problem.
Can anyone please help me! I have tried multiple times (as i stated) running the program with the controller plugged in, but the same message pops up saying that there is no controller plugged in :(

Go here download the latest drivers, you should be good after http://ts.hercules.com/eng/index.php?pg=files_faq
