Ok so....
I Had a Gateway labtop that i got 6 years ago that had the first generation of the core 2 duo and 1 gig of ram using windows Vista. My labtops hard drive is slowly messing up so i bought a new computer with the NEW processor intel i5 and 8 gigs of ram using windows 7.
My question is...
Why is it that on my old computer running Virtual DJ it didnt have any problem wat so ever with ANYTHING
But on the new lab top with a better processor and more ram its not as good? Please i would like some help
Thanks!

Probably because the new computer is loaded with 'bloatware' by the manufacturer and/or is not optimised for DJ use. Most new computers are configured for typical home/office use, not DJ.

Also, a number of recent computers have buggy drivers for their graphics card (Typically ATI) - Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Video%20Memory%20Issue.html
