Just got my rmx after using mp3e2 no freezing issues.on the weekend had rmx froze both nights installed the new drivers no fix.here is what I use.....4 gig ram
64 bit operating
windows 7
also this is a dedicated machine,my internet is off and norton is off
any suggestions would be great

Do you have the latest drivers and firmware for the RMX installed from http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Common_Device_Drivers.html ?

ok,uninstalled the old drivers ,then reinstalled hopefully this will work,and thanks again for the quick help always appreciated.

It says I have the latest version,so I'm assumning that I did it right.

Last post for this,talked to the hercules tech support,they said it is because the rmx draws to much power for the usb to handle,had me into devise manager and turn off the feature that shuts down the usb to save power hope it works,anyone else have the problem
