Just bought some Numark Timecoded vinyls and trying to run them through my RMX. When in config I click on sound card and select ASIO but the screen is blank. I am following a video on YouTube and cant see any other sound card set up apart from the RMX, yet when he selects ASIO it comes up with Hercules RMX, can anyone help please? Do I config the hercules software? If so, how??? Doh!!! Cheers.

Damn, I was hoping nobody would ask, so as not to look a right fool!!!
Ok, I have 2 laptops, MAC & Windows. I downloaded and installed the Numark software on my MAC a few days ago, before my replacement part for the RMX arrived. The part arrived and I set up my system, but I used my Windows laptop (Which did not have the Numark Timecode Software installed - DOH!!!!) and I didn't have any option in ASIO.
So I'm pretty sure when I get back home today and install the software on the Windows (Or hook up the MAC) The option for the ASIO will be there.........so there you go, rumbled!! I will update when I return home later to confirm that the lack of software installed was the cause.

I thought Mac's don't have the ASIO option? As I saw in a post awhile ago. Cuz right

Mappers In the drop down box and click the ndx800 I'm able to use it but the RMX is acting like their something wrong sometimes I have to hit the cue button a couple times to switch decks
To cue up. And just a few other things to I'm going to to do a vid on it to see what others might think the problem is.
