Topic: Invalid Skin Error

Hi

I have the new macbook pro with the new OS X Lion, and since trying to use virtual DJ after the update the app won't open stating 'Invalid Skin Error (error line %i…)

i have since tried reinstalling the app, and still does not seem to work!

Does anybody have any ideas how I can solve this?

I have the same problem! I contacted customer support and they just told me to delete a bunch of VDJ files and re-install. BUT I'm still having the same problems after deleting and emptying the trashcan and reinstalling the VDJ program.
 
Ok.

I found why I got the invalid skin error. I have CUE and it does not support OS X Lion as of yet. Numark has not made cue 7 compatible with Lion yet. But if you have VDJ it is compatible.
 
I've got the VDJ too and tried it on my laptop with lion and it shows skin error after all the deleting and reinstalling, it works fine on my brothers laptop also with lion and he'd never had it installed before on his laptop, don't see why I still have this problem and receiving no help
 
I am having the same problem.
