I am using VirtualDJ Pro and on my laptop I have a number pad like a normal keyboard and I am trying to map in the 9 number keys to make sounds like what you would find on a sound effects board. I am just wondering if anyone knows where I could find these sounds at to download and also how I would map them. Under config I see how to change the map but I dont see a place to upload new mapping sounds.

You need pro to change the samples loaded in the sampler and map them to your usb keypad

I am on pro now. I upgraded a few days ago.
Its not a usb keypad its built into my laptop. I have a 17" widescreen thats why I have a full keyboard

You should register your serial so you can continue to receive updates and have access to the plugins and skins.
Once you register there is a vast amount of samples that can be downloaded from this site that are made to work in the sampler
to change the sample, just click the bullseye at the top of the individual samples and select "load"
for mapping just use "sampler # play_stop"
eg
sampler 1 play_stop
