this is an issue for about 25-30% of my files, it's not a major problem cos when im mixing i just set it to 4 beat loop and manually adjust it with the jog wheel and then i'm off.

As brilliant as the beat engine is, it may not be able to get everything right, i have a few issues on tracks like this, especially remixes i have where it goes from a 128BPM house beat to a 110 to 100BPM original track that may not exactly be the same layout as the 128BPM part of the song.
Easiest fix for this is to once loaded the song right click the BPM button in the top right of the skin, once edit bpm has come up you can then manipulate the beatgrid or CBG to line up with the beat by moving the slider under PHASE or the arrows under the slider will fine adjust the CBG for you.
I will attach a picture of the BPM box for you.

It is always useful to have a shortcut for beat_tap (also available on default skin, by clicking on the bpm textzone)
It helps you manually edit the bpm on songs without standard bpm during whole song, but it is useful too to allign the grid. All you need to do is to pause the deck on the beat and press tap once. This will bring grids to place :)

thanks DjKlepht, that worked a treat:) & djdad, thanks for the tip, i now have it in case i load any new songs that have the same problem, good quick fix:)
