Topic: HELP MAPPING NEW NUMARK DJ2GO TO VIRTUAL DJ 6.0.1

I recently just bought a Numark DJ2GO, and I don't want to use the program that came with it because you are not able to loop, use effects, etc. Instead, I am attempting to map the DJ2GO to Virtual DJ 6.0.1 for Mac. I have successfully mapped everything except for the track wheels and center console (browse, load A, load B, back, and enter buttons). I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to map these buttons on the device to the program.

v6.0.1 is an old and out of date version of the software. It is too old and has no native support for the DJ2GO. There have been many changes and improvements to the software since then (See http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VirtualDJ_History.html ) - We are now on v7.0.4

If you wish to use the DJ2GO, you will either need to use the free limited edition (LE) of VirtualDJ that came with it, or upgrade to the latest full VirtualDJ Pro at a discount: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html

As above, Numark DJ2GO is natively supported in the latest version of VirtualDJ Pro.
